Meeting commenced 6.09pm

ABSENT: Chris IZZARD, Steve CHAPMAN, Barry CARR

BUSINESS ARISING: The printer will be set up for printing records and any notes to members.

TREASURERS REPORT: (Early because Graham had to leave)

Balance 5051 (last weeks still to be banked)
Fees subsidy is prepared for Woodburn and Murwillumbah trips, to submit to the Sports Council. There is money to come out for the new Honour Board. Moved Graham, 2nd Damien that new honour boards be prepared. Graham left at 6.24pm

CORRESPONDENCE IN: Legacy concerning our donation. As per last year $100.

CAPTAINS REPORT: Damien said the Miami trip was a success. Damien complained about not getting support from previous Captain, and resented being told that he will have to do the Club Events Calendar several times before it is accepted by the Golf Club and Northern Rivers. Kel said they did not have a trailer as yet for the Miami trip, but Paul is looking for one and may have to hire it.
The Combined Shield will pick up at Westower and the final pickup at Alstonville at 5.30am.

HANDICAPPERS REPORT
There is only one set not entered. The NON AGU handicaps have all been changed on the Club Computer.

GENERAL BUSINESS
Damien said that he cannot get the trophies because of problems with Beddoes. Also he said that he will start on Sunday with the RSL Calendar of Events after being told that it should start soon as possible.
Graham suggested that the reason for all the stroke events in a row, was because of the Club Days.
Rob said he would investigate prices for electrical items if it was decided that they should be used as trophies.
