Chariman's Report
We need to know what your needs and wants are in relation to our products and services at both of our clubs, so we’re inviting you to tell us all about them!
We’re about to send you an important survey …
We here at Ballina RSL, need you – our members and community – to provide us with your valuable feedback and thoughts in the coming weeks so that we can … give you what you want.
Ballina RSL needs to know and wants to know about your opinions. Why? Because we want to keep striving to achieve the highest possible standards for our customers.
We are on the other side of successful, well-received ground floor renovations and we are not about to rest on our laurels.
Please do take the time to fill in our survey upon receiving it as the collective results will also serve to guide the next phase of our strategic planning … have a say in the future of your clubs. Your clubs continue to play a vitally important role in the wider community.
My first three months as the new club chairman have been exciting to say the least! Whilst carrying out my role as your representative in the community I have attended many functions and met many leaders and members of different organisations.
The people of Ballina have a great deal of pride in their community and it is indeed gratifying to see so many people who are prepared to put in time and effort with the only reward being that they have contributed to betterment of Ballina.
Our clubs enjoyed a wonderfully busy festive season. It’s great to see so many members and visitors enjoying our new facilities at the Ballina RSL and the relaxed atmosphere of our RSL Bowling Club in Canal Rd. Staff across both of our clubs are also to be congratulated on their impressive efforts throughout this period.
I’d like to take this opportunity to again wish all of our members a happy and healthy 2008. We’re off to a great start with a swag of special events on the horizon. I look forward to chatting with many more members at these upcoming gatherings including Easter, ANZAC Day and Mother’s Day.
Our community is what’s most special … community is what we all need.
