Becoming a member of Ballina RSL Club Ltd has never been easier!

1. Download & Print our Membership Application Form
   (will open in new window)
2. Fill out the application
3. Drop into the Member Services Desk at Ballina RSL Club or post your application to PO Box 449, Ballina NSW 2478.
4. Please include your payment, proof of age and residence with your application. With posted applications, please only provide credit card details or cheque (no cash), and ensure you include photocopies of your proof of identity.
5. Please indicate whether you would like your Membership card posted or if you would rather pick it up in person on your next visit to the Club. (If posted, please have your photo taken for your Card at the Member Services Desk on your next visit).
6. If you between 18 and 20 years, you will need to visit the Club in person to pick up a different form. This application form will then need to be signed by a Justice of Peace.
