Sean Choolburra has carved his niche as Australia's No 1 indigenous entertainer. After winning the NSW Raw Comedy final in 2002, Sean has gone on to prove himself as a dynamic and versatile comedian, rap singer, dancer, storyteller, actor & hip-hop didge player.
NICK PENN
Support act Nick Penn is arguably the funniest comedian in the world. He does it all - tell jokes, cracks one liners, and writes his own promo. A brilliant funnyman, he instinctively knows that if laughs were dollars he'd be Bill Gates. And Bill would be that local computer guy living in Nimbin. But as they say in Ballina, " don't come the concrete prawn with me ", so all seriousness aside, NIck has opted to do the support act tonight as the headline money interferes with his pension. Straight from the big smoke, or as some would say, direct from Nimbin, he'll relax you and crack you up. What a top bloke.
something about Mandy...
Mandy Nolan has performed stand-up for 18 years. She has worked with such greats as Whoopi Goldberg, Ertha Kitt and Bob Downe.
Audiences adore Mandy... her humour is sharp, honest, sometimes self-deprecating, somewhat outrageous but never cruel or pretentious. Mandy's style is universally appreciated because it reflects so poignantly, the human condition and the absurdity of our world.
