Crumbed Whiting Fillets on a crisp mesculin salad, chilli, coriander, fresh local avocado, caramelised cashews and Tahitian lime aioli.
Greek Chicken Salad in a crisp potato basket with marinated olives, feta, spanish onion, red pepper & artichoke and a balsamic dressing and fried haloumi.
Twisted Prawns rolled in rice paper and fried till golden brown

Executive Chef Gerhard Spatz will be serving up a scrumptious Seafood Buffet in Spinnakers with fresh local seafood, chicken, lamb and roast aged scotch fillet plus a selection of decadent gateau's, torts and pastries.

Melbourne Cup Sweeps will be on sale from TAB from Monday 11 October, Sweeps are $2 - $5 - $10 and will be on sale in the club on the day of the Cup from 8.30am.

Melbourne Cup bets can be placed the day before the big race
