CHARMAINE WILSON - SPIRIT WHISPERS
Thursday, August 05 2010, 8pm (Doors Open 7.30pm)
The Winner of Channel Seven's Hit Series The One and Australian Psychic of the Year ... Charmaine Wilson will give her audiences a chance to connect with those who have passed over in order to give messages of peace and love to the living. Having just completed a sell-out tour of Australian capital cities, the remarkable medium brings her special gift back to regional Australia. Don't miss Charmaine Wilson - The Spirit Whisperer.
Charmaine was not woken up to her gift to re-unite those who have crossed over to those still in life until 1999 after her father died. It took a further three years to work out what the voices she kept hearing were and then learn how to work with them.
If it wasn't for the great mediums Doris Stokes and John Edward, Charmaine may never have realised exactly what she was but thanks to their brave efforts of bringing mediumship into the open she was able to work with her hidden talents.
She has lived through a lot of heartache in her life, including the death of her brother, her four-year- old daughter, both to tragic accidents and more recently her mother. These deaths have made her a most compassionate and understanding reader, especially in relating to how her clients may be feeling.
She has created a grief-healing seminar called Soul Balancing and Healing retreat based on her own journey into the light after falling down in grief. Her personal grief led her to drug and alcohol addiction. After a battle with both she has been successfully sober for many years. She now actively tries to help people understand the whole life death process so as they may get back on the road to recovery faster so as not to waste this wonderful life we have been given.
Charmaine Wilson has been dedicated to giving accurate information about the spirit world to her clients since she began her work in 2002.
Though she has not been in the industry long, her achievements have been recognised by The Australian Psychics Association and she was awarded the 2005 Australian Psychic of the year for her efforts. In 2008 she was awarded the most gifted psychic in Australia when she won Channel Seven's hit show "The One". The Australian Psychics Association recognised her again in 2009 when she was awarded Queensland Psychic of the year.
Charmaine has worked extensively on radio throughout Australia for the past two years. This work has bought extensive healing to participating listeners.
Charmaine’s second book, which will be released later this year is an intense look at the whole grieving process and gives answers to surviving after a tragic death. Her focus is alleviating the fear of death and finding answers to the mystery of the afterlife. Her first book Spirit Whispers Is now available in all good book stores after Fontaine Press picked it up.

THE REMATCH TOUR ADAM HARVEY & BECCY COLE
Sunday, September 05 2010, 3pm (Doors Open 2pm)
Beccy Cole and Adam Harvey are two of the most recognised names in Australian country music and together are as much a comedy act as a musical one! Now the hilarious duo are presenting a show aptly named ‘THE REMATCH’. After touring together in 2006 to rapturous applause, belly laughs coupled with audience and critical acclaim, they’re back once again sharing the stage to challenge each other.
Both are celebrated songwriters, both are multi-award winning recording artists and both are notorious, as Adam Harvey puts it, “s##t-stirrers”.
Comedy aside, let’s not forget, they are musicians. Serious musicians. Whilst they will have the audience in tears of laughter, Cole and Harvey are experts in their chosen field. Boasting the strongest voices in country music teamed with stirring songwriting and infectious melodies has made them two of the most sought after entertainers in Australia.
Between them that have acquired an impressive 14 Golden Guitar Awards, 6 GOLD Records and a string of number one hits to name but a few of their accolades.
This coupled with their very real delivery of friendship and non-stop gags makes THE REMATCH a must see show for the young, old, drunk, sober and without question insane. In fact, Cole and Harvey blatantly have opened the doors to one and all, “This show is for everyone, if there is one person who comes along who does not laugh at least three times then I want to know what level of Prozac they’re on”, laughed Cole.
From traditional favourites through to heartbreakers, skewed observations and their own hits THE REMATCH is a musical feast of two sensational artists delivering duets, banter and an unforgettable night of entertainment!
Both hold each other in high esteem which translates to the stage with an obvious affection and mutual admiration for each other’s style, song and performance as they entertain each other as well as the audience. Adam Harvey cites Beccy Cole as his favourite female performer”. The best entertainer in the country” says Adam of Beccy, but the feeling is reciprocated… “Nobody can own the crowd like Adam Harvey, he amazes me every night” says Beccy of Adam.
Nicknaming the tour ‘THE REMATCH’,” Beccy and Adam blame the title on their long-term friendly rivalry. “Some nights he'll come off stage and the crowd is going nuts, he'll wink and wish me luck following him!” laughs Beccy “But there'll be nights that I'll edge him just a little, to his credit he'll shake my hand and congratulate me on my win!”
THE REMATCH is on the road with Beccy Cole & Adam Harvey, don’t miss this laugh out loud musical experience!
