Located on the banks of the Richmond River in the Northern Rivers District of NSW, Ballina’s leading dining, entertainment and leisure centre is seeking an outstanding person for the following positions:

Current Positions

Building Services Supervisor

Ballina RSL Club is looking for an experienced Building Services Supervisor to join the Club's team.

Reporting to the General Manager, this key role is responsible for ensuring the Club's appearance and facilities are operating to their maximum level and the Club is in its best possible physical condition. You will be responsible for managing and reviewing a practical preventative maintenance plan for the club and coordinating and supervising external contractors when required. In this role you must ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety guidelines and club policy & procedures are carried out at all times. You will also work closely with the General Manager to control costs on an ongoing basis.

This role also involves supervising and managing maintenance staff and ensuring that they carry out work to standard in an efficient and productive manner.

The successful applicant will have had previous experience in a similar role, with excellent communication skills and a proven commitment to providing excellence in quality and service. Electrical Trade qualifications are essential, experience in building management systems and audio knowledge is desirable.

An ability to work well under pressure and be a positive management representative of the club will be critical to your success.

Standard hours are Monday to Friday 7am - 3.30pm. Call outs will be required in case of an emergency.
